The work focused on creating a cohesive visual framework that could support hundreds of product variations while maintaining brand consistency and production efficiency.
My role included designing packaging systems, building standardized label templates, and establishing brand guidelines used across creative, marketing, and production teams. The system enabled the company to launch new products more efficiently while maintaining a consistent visual identity across both physical and digital touchpoints.
CHALLENGENature’s Flavors offers a large and continually growing catalog of flavor extracts, powders, and ingredients, resulting in frequent new product launches and a rapidly expanding SKU count. Existing packaging workflows were difficult to scale and often required significant manual design work for each new product label.
The challenge was to create a flexible packaging and labeling system that could support a high volume of SKUs while ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and efficient production workflows.
SOLUTIONI designed a scalable packaging system supported by automation-ready label templates that allowed new product labels to be created quickly while maintaining a consistent visual structure. The system standardized typography, layout, and information hierarchy, making it easier for teams to generate compliant labels across a large and growing product catalog.
In addition, I developed brand guidelines and visual frameworks that aligned packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets under a unified design language. These systems improved collaboration across teams and accelerated the design-to-print process.
The resulting workflow supported the creation of 1,200+ product labels and helped enable a 35% increase in SKU launches, allowing the company to expand its product offerings while maintaining brand consistency and production efficiency.
